The property is a total fraud. The Luxury Sunrise Resort was closed and we were made to stay at Khamma Ghani Resort, which is connected to the Sunrise Resort. The pictures shown are fake and we do not get any such facilities. Even the reviews are fake and are posted by the property themselves. They secretly take the confirmation code of your booking and post a fake review even without your knowledge. The rooms are pretty bad with dirty sheets and soiled towels. The swimming pool is non-functional, full of pigeon droppings, mosquitos, algae and other stuffs. The pool is not cleaned daily and the property posts fake pictures of the pool to fool guests. The dining hall is dirty as hell with no one cleaning after someone eats. The food served is stale and cold, and the same food is repeated every dinner and breakfast. There is a good chance that the same food will be served from yesterday. My wife fell sick after having the food. Last, do not book cabs/ safari/ camel rides from hotel contacts, they overcharge everything. Once you book a cab, then the driver starts asking for more money and does not accept the agreed amount. Total fraud racket run in cohorts. Please avoid the property!! (even Khama Ghani, same location and shared resources)..I have raised a complaint with Booking.com to scrutinize the property and their actions.

Best place for desert camping and it was very good experience with Sunrise Resort because staff was very helpful and polite and ambience was amazing views sunrise sunset just awasome if u visit sam village definitely go for oasis camp it was a wonderful experience.

All Facility like room heater, wifi, hot water, fresh towel was available, they take care of hygiene in tent, staff was polite. A tent in Desert where u can enjoy delicious rajasthan food n rajasthan folk dance.

very welcoming people in Sunrise desert Resort. With Swimming Pool true hospitality can be seen in dessert. good camel safqri good cultural programme and good food. in the morning walk near the camp is amazing. very nice experience and enjoyable moments. Since we arrived and checked in, staff has been very friendly and helpful. Our stay was inclusive of a camel ride and we had a wonderful memorable time doing that. Camel ride took us to the sand dunes which we were able to enjoy some chai tea and watch the sunset. It was truly an amazing experience. We loved the comfort of our "tent" with running water, heater and such and was able to enjoy a cultural show and snacks around the fire pit before dinner. Dinner was delicious as well. Before we retire for the night we were shown the balcony area to do some star gazing and also watch the sun rise the next day. Can't recommend this place enough, it's an oasis of peace and quiet and you can fully relax here while vacationing in India which could be stressful at time
