I would try again but I would Book directly with Sand Ocean and not Vacasa

The location was great! The property staff is friendly. Nice ocean view. Two rooms that connect.

I book through Vacasa, which they own this unit. I will never book with them again. It’s better to book directly through the Sand Ocean Club! You get so much more amenities. Vacasa needs to clean this unit thoroughly. Patio door handle broke. Mold on the ceils. Pull out beds need updated. Mattress’s need cleaning. No alarm clock or telephone. Thank God that the hotel let me get clean sheets and towels other than that you have to call Vacasa for everything. Had to pay additional $30 a day which included a parking pass and trash. I could write a book but will save that for another time…lol
