Welcome to "Surf on Turf" in Seacrest Beach on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! The main house has 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and the carriage house provides another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. This property is the perfect luxury beach vacation rental for up to 16 guests in the highly sought Seacrest Beach Community. Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, Seacrest is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and resort style amenities. Enjoy a private beach access, complimentary beach tram, and dive into the expansive 12,000 sq ft lagoon-style swimming pool, and explore the nearby shops and restaurants just steps away. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and has a carriage house that sleeps an additional 2 guests. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a large front porch situated off a tree-lined nature trail. Inside, a bright and spacious first-floor living area with comfortable seating, a dining area, and kitchen stools create the perfect gathering space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking tools, including a Nespresso machine and coffee maker to help you start your day. The first floor also features a king suite with a beautifully tiled full bathroom. We provide fluffy towels, toiletries, and hairdryers in each of the bathrooms. On the second floor, you'll find two additional king suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, dresser, and ample closet space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor. The third floor boasts two queen-sized bunk beds (4 beds total), a TV, two private balconies, and a luxurious bathroom with triple sinks, a shower, and a soaking tub.For our tiniest guests we have children’s dishes, a pack n play, and a high chair available. Living furniture including the couch and arm chairs has been changed since last photographed. Outdoor furniture has also been changed. The Carriage House: Climb the exterior stairs up to the second floor deck to access the Carriage House. Open the door to a romantic, studio style apartment with a fully stocked full sized kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Snuggle up for the night in the king sized bed, or get cozy on the loveseat and catch up on your favorite shows. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your own private balcony. Freshen up after a long day at the beach in the beautifully remodeled bathroom. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun. - The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing. - Deeded beach access -- Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement. - Tram Service directly to beach -- From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week. - Walking Trails -- Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community. - Restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shop, Starbucks, desserts, bike rentals - Check the Seacrest Community calendar for a schedule of events such as live music - Easy access to 30A—drive, bike, walk, or run to enjoy all of the local areas. Guests will enjoy resort style amenities, including a 12,000 sq ft lagoon-style swimming pool, deeded beach access, shops, and restaurants. The amenities at "Surf on Turf" far exceed that of any other. This property is truly optimized for guests enjoyment and is suitable for all needs. Seacrest Tram stops are located throughout the community. HOME IS PERFECT FOR • Unforgettable Family Vacations • Romantic Getaways for Couples • Friends & Family Gatherings • Special Celebrations HOUSE RULES We require third party verification via Super Hog. We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Required Documents. Rental agreement must be signed and the primary guest must submit a picture of photo ID prior to arrival in order to gain access to the home. Age Requirements. You must be at least 25 years old to book. One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25. Occupancy. This Rental Property has a maximum occupancy of 12 persons. At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants. Cancellation Policy. Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Parking & Amenity Passes. Parking passes are required for all vehicles on site. Security actively monitors the neighborhood. Amenity Wristbands are required for access to the pool, tram, and beach. Bikes. We offer complimentary bikes with your reservation. A signed waiver is required. Arrival Time. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. CST. Check-in will take place at the property. Management will use reasonable efforts to have the property ready at check-in time, but during peak season cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy. During peak season, we cannot offer an early arrival time. Departure Time. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. CST. Check-out will take place at the property. During peak season, we cannot offer a late checkout time. Smart Locks. Guests will access the home using a smart lock. A unique code will be sent with check in information prior to your arrival. Communication. Your host is available via booking messaging, email, phone and/or text. We also have an emergency contact located close by if needed. Noise Ordinance. Per Walton County - Quiet Hours are from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. Events are not allowed. Guests may not have parties, host events, make loud noise or do anything that could disturb the neighbors. Smoking. No Smoking allowed. Smoking in any form are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Pets. No Pets allowed. Linens. We pride ourselves in offering high quality, luxury towels and linens for our guests. Guests will be subject to paying for the replacement of any stained towels and/or linens. Damage. Guest is responsible for the cost to clean, replace or repair any damage to the Rental Property or any of its contents. Golf Carts. Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community, except for property owners. Security actively monitors the neighborhood.
