Snuggle up & read a book along the sun drenched window seats or in the comfy lounge room in front of the wood fire place. There is also a large bunk room perfect for the kids or second family with bathroom directly next to it. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms with beautiful quality linen plus large bathroom with marble vanity, underfloor heating & bath to unwind in. The master bedroom has a super king bed, there is a bedroom with single bunk beds as well as a bedroom with two king single beds. Outside has plenty of room for the family to play on the expansive lawns, relax on the deck chairs, take a dip in the stunning pool, tell stories around the fire pit & cook up a storm on the BBQ. There are plenty of adventures to be had - make the most of this ultimate holiday destination for your next beach escape! Entire property. Garden shed is locked & not accessible to guests. Close by if you need anything. Please note, parking is available inside the front gate on the grass area in front of the house. There is no garage parking. No schoolies groups or party groups allowed. Please respect our family home & lovely quiet neighbourhood. We are on septic tank - please do not flush foreign objects down the toilet.
