The lovely house exceeded our expectation in all aspects. Jie was extremely responsive in making sure we had a smooth stay. We were having some issues with a small accessory, he fixed the issue immediately. Many thanks to his instantaneous response. We will definitely stay in his place again.

A very clean and nice townhouse overall. The property manager always responded immediately and helpful. Bedrooms are upstairs! So if you’re older or have bad knees, may not want to stay here. We arrived after dark, and this townhome was hard to find! Once we did find, it was fine. The lady In connecting townhouse placed her piano each evening around 8pm for about 30 minutes. But it was fine! We found the neighborhood to be good and clean. This townhome is also clean and roomy! We were not sure what to do with our trash, so we left it in the kitchen all bagged-up! We never could get the TV to connect to wi-fi! Since we were in and out often, that was ok! But TV never worked while We were there! I do recommend this property due to its cleanliness and spacious rooms! Thank You!

This location in Arcadia was convenient to area stores and had plenty of room for our group of 3. It was appreciated that each of the bedrooms has its own attached bath. We found the beds to be very comfortable - everyone had great night's sleep. We found the unit to be as pictured in the listing, though the rooms felt a bit spare and bland, with minimal decoration for personality. It's location near busy Huntington Drive did mean on occasion loud traffic sounds could be heard, but for most of the time the unit was pleasantly quiet. The one issue our group had was that the unit could have had a better-outfitted kitchen. We chose to rent via VRBO rather than a hotel so as to be able to cook breakfast and dinners. The kitchen did not have a toaster (forcing us to use the oven to make toast in the morning), and had a VERY small number of pots, pans, bowls and cooking spoons/utensils. It made food prep more challenging than we'd experienced compared to other properties we'd stayed in in the past. The owner DID, however, leave out a huge warehouse box of coffee pods on the counter for the Keurig on the counter, so that was great. None of the inconveniences we encountered with the unit were anywhere near large enough to make us choose not to rent this unit again the next time we are in Arcadia. We recommend it.
