Here, you'll unwind in a peaceful setting that's destined to create lasting memories, including ice fishing nearby! Just park, and splash to your heart's content with swimming only steps away! ⮞ 1600 sq ft / 149 m² of space ⮞ Highspeed internet access ⮞ Private waterfront deck and balcony ⮞ BBQ and grill setup ⮞ 2 Airy living areas with warm sofa and couch sets ⮞ Smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube ⮞First bedroom is complete with a Queen size bed ⮞ Second bedroom is also complete with a Queen size bed ⮞ Third bedroom has 2 Single size beds ⮞ 3 Clean and sanitized bathrooms ⮞ Washer and dryer machines for guests to use ⮞ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels ⮞ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. • 2 car parking space available (please do not* park on the road in front of the house or on the wooden deck as it is not supported for cars) • Guests will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home! • The river is not recommended for swimming, so please go to pier and or beach I will be your personal concierge for your stay. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions. 2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal) 3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests. 6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age. 8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved. Thank you for your respectful cooperation in maintaining our home!
