Please note: This is an active 55+ resort community, though a second guest may be aged 45 or older!

To maintain the peace and security of our beautiful park, the community requires a brief application and background check ($130 background check fee to be paid directly to the park office) after your booking is confirmed or upon arrival.

Small but comfortable trailer, landlord easy to get a hold of, park had a beautiful pool, laundry facilities, clubhouse and friendly people. Shopping close by, 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, pickleball close by.
