You’ll have all the typical major appliances at your disposal plus a washing machine and dryer on site. The deer are pretty friendly, especially since they know we keep a stash of Deer Corn at the house for our guests. We also have cornhole and a washer pit to help you unwind after dinner. PRO TIP: Make sure you stop in Ulvade before you get to Concan for groceries. Concan is so small, there is no grocery store. You’ll have plenty of space at Way Cool but you’re not far from the action. River Road connects you to everything in and around Concan, including the Frio, Garner State Park, Frio Bat Country, and Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course. We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed. The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental. We will ask for your phone number and email address before arrival as well. We will NEVER use this information for marketing purposes without your expressed permission. This is simply so that we can reach you during your stay. Cell phone service is spotty and we can't count on the platform you have booked through to ensure great communication during your stay. This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back. The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement.
