About this house rental
This quaint suite is situated just off of Highway 290, and is centrally located to many Hill Country attractions like wineries, music venues, and activities in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Junction. 25 minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg; 30 minutes to Louise Hays Park Kerrville; 45 minutes to S. LLano State Park Junction. We welcome you to our home full of family history and fun memories. It is set up like a hotel suite with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave in the living room. There is no one else living on the property, but we are close if you need us. It is considered a suite because you will NOT have access to the full kitchen.
One of the fun and quirky attributes of the suite is that the other half of the house is the Hopf Haus Kitchen, where locals grab to-go "home-cooked" meals and treats. You only share a driveway; not a wall or any other space. Customers may drop by the Kitchen for meal pick-ups, but there will not be cooking or anyone on the property for long when you are a guest. Message if you have questions.

Amazing stay! The host is very friendly and attentive. We loved that there were instructions for everything you may need and recommendations for your stay as well as much needed toiletries (we forgot toothpaste!) in case you forgot something. Overall a wonderful stay, we will definitely book again.

Very clean and welcoming. The whole experience was great. We didn't get to utilize the sun room but that was a bonus feature. The whole process was great. The history of the family shared on the walls was fascinating and made the stay even better.Thank you!
