Positioned on the ground floor of a beautiful Victorian house in one of Hove's most desirable areas, this apartment retains a wealth of period features that are seamlessly combined with beautiful contemporary design. This beautiful apartment is a home-from-home and the ideal place to relax and unwind, making it the perfect city escape that's suited to families or friends. Our private kitchen and seperate dining and living space has a luxurious yet comfortable feel about it with a gorgeous chesterfield sofas fireplace, velvet chairs, cushions, dining area, fireplace and Smart TV; it's a perfect space for a drink, brunch or a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay - fully renovated and integrated fridge and freezer ,dishwasher, microwave , duo ovens, drinks fridge and lots of space for preparation. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware wine and champagne flutes and cookware. The sociable dining area comfortably seats up to 6 guests allowing everyone to sit and eat together. This also works well as a workspace. We also provide an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer-dryer and Wifi throughout the property. The master bedroom with luxurious Super king sized bed, en-suite bathroom to the highest spec, with stunning bay windows glancing out onto your private patio. The unique second bedroom has a double bed with a modern twist , gazing out onto your own private back garden. The 3rd bedroom, with a snug feel is a carm tranquil area located behind the kitchen. Also with a double bed and medium size wardrobe. Amazing for children to share. Located in our large hallway is the family bathroom which is fully tiled and features a contemporary suite with shower over bath, with gorgeous chandeliers to gaze at whilst soaking in piece and quiet . You can easily take a stroll along the sea front and around the local Brunswick area of Hove, famous for its Regency architecture and gardens. Travel cot and high chair are provided at request at the property. Parking can be found in front of the property pay and display . I am available anytime to answer any questions or queries. Peaceful, scenic and fun Brighton and Hove, England, United Kingdom Tranquil, upmarket Hove is part of the city of Brighton. It has a swathe of beach and a broad promenade lined with colourful beach huts. The seafront is backed by Hove Lawns, a huge green area that's perfect for walks, picnics, and regularly holds local events like The Foodies Festival. To the west, along the beach, there is a skate park and a small lagoon where you can try your hand at various water sports. There is a vast array of great restaurants including the new soho house , the Ivy and the new Ivy Thai . There are also fantastic Italian restaurants fatto mano is incredible pizza! And gorgeous coffee shops, cafes and bars Hove offers something for everybody from friends, family, professionals and sports fans.... The family-friendly Hove Museum and Art Gallery displays vintage toys. Cricket fans watch county matches at Sussex CCC. And the Brighton and Hove Seagulls football ground that's located just out of town in Falmer can be easily and quickly accessed by train. Hove has some of the best architecture in the UK. It has a mix of Victorian, Edwardian and Regency buildings, unrivalled among the country’s seaside resorts. Stroll to Brunswick Square and take in the stunning Regency buildings located around beautiful gardens. Hove also has its own train station and the apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Hove Train station. You are just a short stroll from the beach (about 10 minutes), the promenade and Hove Lawns, the i360 Tower, West Pier. You will also find a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets nearby, as well as a pharmacy. Getting around WALKING From the apartment you can walk to everything you'll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc. PARKING Parking is pay and display outside the property, there is also tescos 24 hour car park around 10 mins walk away with lower parking rates. BUS There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus - they are regular and easy to use and accept contactless payment. The number 7 bus stop is around the corner on Cromwell Road and has buses 24 hours a day into Brighton/kemp Town/Sea front every 7 minutes and takes approximately 10 Minutes. TRAIN Hove Station is just one minute away and has a direct line to London. Brighton station is just a 15 minute walk from the apartment with regular trains to London Victoria, St Pancras, and Gatwick Airport. A taxi or Uber from the station would take approximately seven minutes. BIKE Brighton's Social Bike scheme allows you to fire a bike from one of the many hubs all around the city and pay by the hour. There's a great cycle path along the seafront which goes all the way from Saltdean, past the cliffs of Rottingdean, Brighton Beach, along to the iconic beach huts of Hove Lawns.
