The Guadalupe River is chilly and refreshing so cold plunge away! From tubing and hiking to fishing and concert going, our home is an oasis for any adventure seeker. Our property has 3 guesthouses. This listing is for all three. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths sleeping 8 adults comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are outfitted with king beds and the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The common space features an open concept of living area flowing to the dinning room with a large family style table and leads to the kitchen with bar seating and cooking space. In addition, your little people will enjoy a playroom all to themselves. Kids of all ages enjoy hanging out, watching a movie, or playing games in the "Kids Club". The casita is an apartment style guest house with a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom is outfitted with a luxurious king size bed to sleep 2 more adults with two twin roll-away beds for 2 more guests. The bunk house is set up like a camp style space. There are two walk-in showers, two private toilets and a shared room with 8 twin beds to sleep 8 more guests. - All TV's in the house are equipped with Amazon Firesticks. Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN are included. All other streaming apps are accessible for you if you wish to log in. - There's a noisemaker in each room for your use. - Open fire pit is available.
