The location suited us perfectly as we had family living close by. The interior of the house was lovely and well stocked. All amenities were on hand and we loved the large kitchen area - a great place for everyone to be together.

Sadly, and this is why the score is low, the garden was really awful. The grass so high, weeds there for ages, a broken down tree in the middle of the garden, rubbish and miscellaneous toys scattered on the lawn. I chose this house based on the photos of the property as I had a young child with us who loves the outdoors. A garden service and a good clean up is desperately needed and prospective tenants should be made aware of its state.
