⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Empfehlung – wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage!
Wir hatten einen rundum fantastischen Aufenthalt im Apartment Andreas 12 in Bari und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Das Apartment war sehr sauber, geräumig und unglaublich gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass hier Wert auf eine angenehme und gepflegte Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns die zentrale Lage – mitten im bzw. direkt am Stadtzentrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an unseren Vermieter Filippo. Er war von Anfang an super freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hat uns mit seiner unkomplizierten und zuvorkommenden Art den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Für uns war wirklich alles perfekt: eine tolle Unterkunft, eine unschlagbare Lage und ein großartiger Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos, die auf Booking dargestellt sind. Wir hatten einen verspäteten Flug und kamen statt um 22 Uhr erst gegen 3:30 Uhr nachts in der Wohnung an. Aurora hat trotzdem in ihrem Auto auf uns gewartet. 🙏
Filippo ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Verwalter. Er antwortet auf alle Nachrichten sehr schnell und kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen sofort. Während wir uns am Strand erholt haben, hat er bereits alles für uns geregelt, bevor wir überhaupt in die Wohnung zurückgekommen sind. 😊
Die Lage ist hervorragend 👌🏼. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Drogerien, eine Apotheke sowie die Altstadt und die Neustadt sind ganz in der Nähe. Auch die Bushaltestellen zu beiden Stränden sind nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.
Bahnhof innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Uns hat lediglich eine Waschmaschine gefehlt.

Everything was great, Filippo sent great communications before and during our stay and sent Aurora to help us check in. A few provisions provided were very thoughtful. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning excellent. Good bathroom and shower. Excellent location close to good cafes, restaurants, transport options and the old town. Filippo even booked a taxi to the train station for us.
Small point, we were told we shouldn't use the elevator even though it was listed as an amenity.
