Half way between Farnkton and Queenstown CBD. Just a short walk to the bus stop. This room is located up stairs away from the others. Shared bathroom and full kitchen. Clean up after yourself. These is also small fridge microwave kettle in your room. A wall heater to keep you warm on the cold nights. The common areas are heated with a massive heat pump/ air con. You must clean up after yourself in the common areas. This property is close to the main Frankton Rd so their is some road noise if you are a light sleeper BYO - bring your own ear plugs. Access to your room is between 7am and 11pm only as the house is a quite zone between 11pm and 7am. Check in is after 3pm daily and check out is before 10am. The house has free WiFi free parking (first in first serve full use of the washing machines and dryer. Outside dining table and bbq area. There is usualy others in the house to help with local questions and there can be permanent tenants living in the house from time to time the house manager / head tenant is also available sometimes too.
