Great staff very friendly! The location is amazing. One block walk to the beach. I love this place.

I will say that it s a good location and only blocks away to 3beac, store an restaurants.

The facilities were terrible, a terrible Moo smell, and there were also cockroaches.

I was scared because of previous reviews. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was decently cleaned. Easy walk to the beach. Chill environment. Also look for the wild Parrots that was really something to see. I would stay here again.

Awesome place with affordable private rooms

The pictures on the website did not match with the room actually look like but then again you get what you pay for. The front desk was nice however valet was interesting. It was a decent stay.

Great budget hotel! Bed was comfy and the AC was great. Bathroom and room could use updating, but everything was clean albeit dated and aging(ie tiled shower could have used more caulking and some of the accent table legs were rusty). If you are not a germaphobe neat freak/overly picky and just want to save a buck to be near the action this hotel is for you! Short walk to South Beach and numerous restaurants. Courtyard is nice to sit outside. Would stay again!

The property is cute and in a neighborhood with little restaurants in close walking distance. The room was very clean, and no bugs despite other reviews I read. Everyone was friendly. Parking is my one complaint. We paid $60 to "valet" our car for one night, and when we were ready to leave in the morning it took over 45 minutes for them to bring the car. There are higher end hotels with cheaper valet parking and you don't have to wait outside for 45 minutes with your bags. That was extremely frustrating. Otherwise, all was well.

When I arrived at hotel the lobby smelled like mildew it was dirty there are no elevators had to carry luggage two flights of stairs. When I got into the room beds were on the floor smelled like mildew the towels were stained. No comforters on bed roaches everywhere. Don’t be fooled my the picture it’s nothing like it it’s a scam almost $700 for a so called hotel that’s run down

Hotel is a scam , infested with bugs , business license is 2 years expired , staff is weird.

The pictures on the internet DO NOT match the room we entered. There was un unrecognizable odor, only a sheet on the bed, and 1 pillow on each queen bed. There was also blood drippings between the 2 beds.

Roaches was in the bathroom and it looked nothing like the photos and what kind of hotel doesnt have phone for guest services

There was not even a glass or cup. I was cold, never would accept a blanket as I assume it wouldn’t be clean. Their personnel really nice. Fellow at front desk, Antoine who came to repair the toilet, so conscientious, the opposite of the owner.

They need coffee in the room and cups for the coffee in the basement They had some cracks in the pergo laminate flooring buckled from water damage Otherwise good so lots of potential location location location price is too high for that condition

I thought the hotel was in a great location. The bed was comfortable. But it didn't have a toilet cover, which is a bacteria problem. No refrigerator or microwave, and no iron and ironing board. And the room didn't have a telephone in the room.At night time it was noisy when guest came through the door to the hotel rooms.

Beds were literally on the ground. Rated kid friendly no where near kid friendly. No locks on the inside of the room. No blankets on the bed. Tv was Broken. Just flat out Awful.

Convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and 3 or 4 blocks from the beach. We (a family of 4) stayed for one night. We had a hard time sleeping due to noises. From our room, we can hear the hallway noise (people talking, and walking, and doors closing and opening). The bathroom smells moldy or it could just be the 'old smell' of the building. It has a nice courtyard. Checking in took some time. I don't recommend this for those looking for a comfortable place to stay. It may be okay for an overnight stay to some.

Location is great, unfortunately cleanliness is poor

Very well located. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit run down but otherwise comfortable and adequate.

What I didn’t like was the fact that they so called didn’t have any other rooms available. My room smelled moldy, the floor by the door was lifting up so it was hard to open it, my room didn’t lock and instead of a swipe card I received a regular key to open the door. I put my sweater in the room and someone went in and stole it. Supposedly they don’t know who did it and the guy never checked the camera. I live in chicago and it was the only sweater I brought with me so I had to return home to 20 degree weather without a sweater.

When I booked this hotel per the website, this is not the same hotel I walked into. When we went to check in, they have just some names written in a book. We only were offered one key because they said they only had two left and needed to save those for other people that were checking in that night. When we got to our family suite, there were only two beds in the room, which is not a family suite to me. Yes, the room was big full of empty space, but there were only two beds to sleep in .There were no blankets on the bed. When we went and asked for some, we were told there weren’t any. They were finally able to round us up three blankets, but they were like the little throw blankets that you buy for $3.50 from Walmart keep in mind there were six of us staying in the room. When we went to the bathroom, there was used shower gel still in the shower. I’m almost 100% sure there were a few working girls there being paid by the hour if you know what I mean. Sleeping night staff and my cousin even has bedbug bites!!!

I usually don’t give feedback or rate my stays but I feel I should warn others before you book here. First of all the best part of this hotel is its location, very convenient. But unfortunately the photos are not current and this place needs alot of updating, cleaning & repairs. Not to mention they need to take care of their roach problem.

If your looking for a nice place to stay this is it! If you expect to find a parking place nearby, this ain't it. We found several parking garages for $20 for five hours, we spent over $80 in parking fees for ONE NIGHT! Not a happy camper

Awful. Everything was super dirty, smells old and bad. Front desk is open 24 hours. We got there at 3 am an nobody was there, we had to call a number they left on a note at the desk. A man came and made the check in. I left my jacket and we I came back it was not there anymore and nobody could give me an answer. There was no paper toilet. No blankets, just sheets and it was SUPER COLD. Now we are sick. We went to the man to ask for something and he said that they don’t have any because Miami is always hot weather. One of the worst experiences of my life.
