About this house rental

Located in Warehouse District, this attractive house for $503 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Two blocks to the streetcar line and Mardi Gras parade route and just over a mile to the French Quarter, this beautifully renovated and designed 4 bedroom 3.5 bath single family home is perfect for large groups. There are great restaurants in walking distance and the house is near the Convention Center, Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and more. The house has great amenities including phone chargers in each room, a washer dryer in the unit, off street parking for one car, and a Tesla charger. This rare single family home has been beautifully renovated and designed. Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers and the other two bedrooms share a private Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower tub combo. There is an additional half bath for guests. There are two king beds, three full sized beds, and a twin trundle bed all with memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a brand new smart TV. There is a pack n play, baby bath, and travel "high" chair available on request. The kitchen has a gas range and is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. There is a marble island for extra prep space that doubles as a dining table. Each room has easily accessible electrical outlets for all your devices as well as phone chargers for iPhones and androids. You'll have hair dryers in every bathroom, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner available during your stay. There is an in unit washer dryer with a steam function, and high speed internet,
