The home is a two-story condo with an exterior staircase leading to a second-floor landing, where the living room, adorned with a functional desk space which opens up into a well-equipped kitchen. There is one bathroom. The bedroom also includes a desk for private work, making this an ideal spot for one person or couples who are in the process of relocating or renovating, though it is also a great spot for tourists. The home features a smart TV, fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, and two parking spots. A wrap-around balcony on the second floor and a beautiful private courtyard contribute to seamless California-style indoor-outdoor living in this private enclave. The backyard is a great vacation spot for sun-bathing and enjoying the mild climate.
