About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy country castle! You'll love this unique and romantic escape, where secluded surroundings let you unwind, escape city life or be inspired to create. Conveniently located off I-45 between Dallas and Houston, our 2 story tower provides every comfort you’ll need for your stay with a king sized bed, large shower, kitchenette, and luxury amenities. Explore our 16 acres, with fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, gas grill and more. Enjoy farm fresh eggs from our chickens!
The space
Our newly remodeled 2 story tower features a kitchenette with
*microwave,
*2 burner electric stovetop,
*coffee maker,
*air fryer and
*mini fridge.
The main bath boasts a large walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and hair dryer.
The living/dining area includes a dining table that seats 4 in the bay windows, a coffee bar, ceiling fan, a comfortable futon that seats 3 and can sleep two, and a smart TV with DVD player and movies for entertainment. You’ll also be able to snuggle by a warm electric fireplace!
The main bedroom upstairs features a comfortable king size bed with a cooling gel-infused memory foam mattress topper, a ceiling fan, touch lamps with USB ports and electrical outlets for phone charging, an oversized papasan chair, full closet and a half bath. The tower windows provide sweet views of the Texas countryside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the back acreage, fire pit, gas grill and seating area. Covered parking is available under the attached carport. We have a flock of chickens that you are welcome to visit, and you can gather farm fresh eggs from their nesting boxes for breakfast! If you’d like to tour my fenced vegetable garden, I’d love to show you what we’ve created, and during the growing season, share some of the harvest.
Other things to note
Our chickens are friendly, and you are welcome to collect eggs from the nesting boxes if you’d like fresh eggs. (I will take you into their fenced area to meet them all if you’d like!) We also have a large vegetable garden and a separate orchard if you’d like to explore what we are growing, and I can share our story.
We have corn hole available if you’d like to play, as well as horseshoes, and lots of backyard grass for your outdoor fun.
Make sure that if you plan to explore the back acreage that you bring appropriate footwear.
Please note that smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside the premises, and violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee for smoke damage/smell residues.

Great place to stay, very quiet and comfortable. Great communication and they even left farm fresh eggs for us to make breakfast. I would highly recommend this place, and the hosts were super nice
