Hurricane Update: Due to hurricane damage, all oceanfront condo complexes and hotels on the Daytona Beach Peninsula in this area have closed their oceanfront pools. The pool deck at this complex did also sustain moderate damage that will need time to be repaired. The current timeline for reopening the pool is by August 2024. Rates are reduced through all of 2024 in case of delays. The private beach access has indeed reopened and will be open for your stay. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sherwin Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community charcoal grill, an indoor hot tub, sauna, community room with a pool table, and secure garage parking.
