Situated on a very private 7 acre lake, you can swim, kayak, paddle board and fish right at home or travel to one of Innsbrooks other 90 lakes. This house is directly across the street (tucked down) from the Innsbrook Commons center, where there are concerts in the summer, access to one of the pools, the gym and many other fun things to do. We are situated in the heart/middle of Innsbrook. So you can be anywhere in a jiffy. Property comes equipped with its own private beach and fire pit area. Waterfront. House features: Four bedrooms. 3 1/2 bathrooms. Free internet, but it is slow (you are in the wilderness). Soooo roomy. There is space to spread out and bring friends/family. There are two gas fireplaces inside the house. The master downstairs has a private bathroom with tub & shower and its own fireplace in the room. There is also a bar in the basement with additional fridge. **Remember this is as close to camping as you can get without being in a tent. If you don't like bugs, this place isn't for you. The bugs and wildlife, love IBK as much as we do and as much and as hard as we work to keep them out, they will occasionally find their way in.
