Home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours. (10pm-8am). • We are truly in the wilderness. Large and small wild life live here too , including and not limited to bears, mountain lions, elk, moose, deer, fox, squirrels, mice and insects, etc ... Keep all doors closed to prevent any animals from entering the home . Please do not leave trash or food outside, on the deck, or in your car. Please clean the grill and grill tools after every use . Don't leave children unattended outside. • We treat the exterior and interior of the home to keep out pests, including insects and mice. However, this is nature, and it can not be fully controlled. • Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. It is best to have a 4 wheel vehicle for this property. In the winter or snow season, 4 wheel or all wheel drive is REQUIRED. The driveway has a steep grade and will require this in inclement weather. Please do not drive to our home without the appropriate vehicle. Mountain weather is both exciting and unpredictable. Make sure to check weather conditions before you pack for your trip.
