The hotel was decent overall and suitable for a short stay. The room was reasonably clean, and the location was convenient.
The bed was not very comfortable and could be improved. Also, whenever assistance or information was needed, the staff response was quite slow, which made the experience less convenient.

Closed to the sand dune. Friendly staff. Comfort room.
Like many properties in rural Ladakh, the road led to the resort is in bad condition. But this is common, not considered as a serious issue.

Clean hotel and easy to find. Devent food in restaurant even if no continental food at all was available.
We were two persons but found only one towel in room. Toiletries for one person as well. Electricity supply went off five time during our one night stay. Worse of all, we had to shower with extremely cold water as there was no hot water available.
