Staff were good they helped us with our luggage when we arrived and there is luggage storage available too. They were able to reply to us and help us quickly.
The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was ok too. A fridge and kettle was provided in the room which was convenient. Clothes iron and hair dryer was provided as well. Cleaning was done after every 3 days if requested, which was OK with us.
Microwave was available in the reception area to warm up food and utensils, and cutlery was also provided. Also, every morning until noon, free coffee is available for hotel guests, which is a plus.
The location was great, close to the pratunam market and many shops.
Wifi was weak and we had to keep using our data or mobile hotspots. This can be looked into.
Otherwise everything was great.

I love how big is the room , its very clean & spacious . Very near to most place . Staff is very good & very responsive everytime I text them . Overall excellent . Will recommend family & friends & will book again soon ❤️

We had a comfortable stay at Theme Stories. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. We had great communication with them. The location of the hotel is very good - Pratunam fashion mall, the BTS and airport rail link is just a short walk away and there are lots of options around for food and drinks. Many reviews mentioned ants, but we did not see any and the room was tidy when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Very good size room! Easy self check in and check out process.
The small street that the hotel is located in is quite noisy as there are courier and delivery shops opposite and you can hear them packing. Attention to detail could make this hotel score higher. The shower curtain was in bad condition and needed to be replaced!! Also, if you stay with children the curtains in the room let in a lot of light and the room is not very dark at night - fine if you're an adult though! Installing a smoke alarm in the room would give guests peace of mind.
