The overall ambience and staff behaviour...the comfort and the location.
They just need to work a little on the sanitation of the washrooms and need to add some snacks options, if whole meal is not possible.

The property was located at a Very good location and was close to all places to visit in Ujjain.
It was pet friendly so I could take my pet along with me on this trip. Unlike other stays in Ujjain this place has a lot of area to move around and sit outside so did not feel congested. My kids also loved the two friendly dogs and the cows in the farm.
The property was very hygienic and the rooms were very comfortable. The host was very helpful and fulfilled all our needs.
There is a problem of food delivery systems and they take a lot of time to deliver here. No Uber/Ola facility available and only E-Rickshaw facility here. So the guests should plan accordingly.
