There was no stay after paying for it.

Nothing considering either the owner or booking.com screwed me. I showed up after paying to learn people were already there. So after paying for a Lift in the freezing cold. Had to pay for another one outta there. The owner tried pretending he didn’t understand why booking.com did that. Nevertheless, they didn’t refund you right away. Eight to Nine days later I still Haven’t gotten my money back.

Probably the not being able to stay there after paying for the room. And the owner hasn’t wanted to rent to me since. Like I somehow did him dirty. And the property definitely needs improvements to make it more commercially acceptable. I think the owners most likely super frugal. As he owns many properties with like 8 apartments on each. So he’s not struggling financially that’s for sure.

Nice place, good host, bad weather

Good location. Host is easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Steep stairs into suite and in and out of backyard. Could use a better snow shovel or some salt and ice melt as it is very slippery coming in and out

Great location and David is super professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Had everything you need and great for my dog with a big park in the back.

Could be a little cleaner and could provide more essentials like coffee, whitener and sugar, salt and pepper and cleaning supplies.
