The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/reservation. Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out. Other than the automatic monthly discount, no more than 1 (one) discount may be applied to any booking. If you are booking an advertised "special rate or price" NO OTHER DISCOUNTS may be applied. These "special rates or prices" are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Some properties have discount codes that are specific to them.
