The apartment is located on the third and fourth floor, with an amazing view of the ocean, it has been specially designed for travelers so it has everything you need for your comfort, as if it were your own home. It has high speed internet, a desks for making home-office, 2 TVs with more than 100 cable channels (Movistar TV). It also has a dining room for 6 people and a spacious kitchen with appliances and a modern kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a family, groups of travelers who come for tourism and/or business or for a group of friends. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: - Fully furnished living and dining room. It has a 43-inch Smart TV with Movistar cable, this space has a great ocean view. - Bedroom #1: It is the master bedroom. It has a queen size bed, 2 night tables, wall to wall closet, 32 "Smart TV with cable (Movistar TV). It has an en-suite bathroom. Window overlooking the ocean. - Bedroom #2: Double bed (sleeps 2), night table and closet. - Bedroom #3: Two single beds (sleeps 2) with night table and closet. - Bathroom #1: It is inside bedroom #1 (master). It has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. - Bathroom #2: It is next to Bedroom #2. It has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. - Bathroom #3: It is a half bath for guests. - Bathroom #: It is a small full bathroom next to the laundry and gym. - Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle, full kitchenware, etc. - Laundry area. My husband and I are fully committed to helping during your stay. We seek all our guests to have a great stay and we believe that communication is essential for this. Please keep in mind we do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, nor any events, this is a residential building so quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. This is a non smoker property, so smoking even with the windows open, could result in a fine of $100 for extra cleaning. There is a refundable security deposit of $200 to be paid before check in
