No matter what your purpose for staying, this is as good a location as you can ask for! This Spacious cape cod is beautifully furnished for your stay. The neighborhood is safe for running and walking, and quiet for those who just need to recline after a long day and enjoy the upstairs reading nook and office nook.

For the price, this place is great. One thing you need to address, though, is the leaking pipes in the basement. The larger bedroom is uninhabitable due to the smell of mold and standing water. We didn't need it, but you need to get it fixed.

Great location, the house reminds me of grandma’s place. The evening was quiet. Thought a couple of chairs on back deck would have made it perfect. All necessities were available. Thank you

We arrived on a day it was 90. No air units were running so the house was warm and took a while to cool down. Dirty linens in the closet. Beds are less than desirable. Lots of room and quiet neighborhood, but don’t think I would stay there again.

They have minimal kitchen items and very few eating utensils. Check in was easy, check out was easy. Just be mindful that it does not have central air but the window units did alright.
