Sun-kissed and happy, head back to your stay where relaxation is inevitable, and extraordinary family moments will be easily curated! As you walk in the front door, you will quickly take notice of the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Adorned with tasteful nautical-themed decor pieces, the living room boasts comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. When you aren't playing chef here, gather around the picnic-style table for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, on the main level, there are two plush bedrooms, one en suite bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a laundry room. On the bottom level of the home, you'll be pleased to find a separate apartment space - ideal for larger family or friend stays. This space boasts its own kitchenette, seating area, bathroom, and bedroom. End another day in paradise by enjoying the home's expansive outdoor space. The covered patio boasts outdoor seating and cornhole, whereas the porch offers scenic views. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Loved the screened front porch with a swing and chairs for our morning coffee. Also loved the separate apartment for additional privacy! Great location to everything in Murrells Inlet. Very impressed!
