You'll appreciate the horseshoe driveway and spacious yard for playing games. You're just a short walk to the beach at the end of the road and the beginnings of endless hours of fun in the surf and sand. Just a few blocks away within walking distance is a Tiki bar for meals and fun, as well as a short drive for dining al fresco and live music. Once you take the Bait, you'll never want to switch! House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: There are two outdoor cameras. One is in the rear of the house next to the bench swing in the driveway. The other is on the front of the house on the second story looking down on the driveway and deck area. These cameras are used for security purposes and monitoring of public spaces only. Both devices are visible and do not cover areas with a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas used for sleeping). Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
