There are two bathrooms, one of which has a sitting tub and shower. We have security system in place for your and the homes safety. Please note there is a doorbell camera and a backyard camera for security. You have access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room by the back door. No more additional house guests allowed unless owner gives the okay. Before leaving, we ask that you kindly leave things how you found them including making the beds. Leave any dirty towels in the washer to be washed by our cleaning team.  HOUSE RULES: No large parties without approval by owner. No animals without approval by owner. A pet deposit of $250 will be required. If there is any damage at all or the pet is not cleaned up after; we will keep the deposit. No smoking inside. AT ALL. If we find, you will be charged $450 fee. No open flames unless contained in the designated areas. Absolutely NO illegal drugs. If we find this, you will have your reservation terminated and charged $500. No loud music after midnight. We have a lovely older lady that lives next door that we remain respectful and ask that you do the same. Plus, we abide by sound ordinance laws in the city of East Point. If you are found to have broken this rule, we will charge $500 additional charge. Be respectful of all items in the property as this is actually someone's home. Please respect the property as if it’s your own. If we find that any furniture is moved or damaged, including stains, broken items, etc. - A automatic fee of $350 will be charged. Also note, propane and firewood is not always available or provided for. -- Available for longer rentals included in cost.
