I paid an extra night to be able to check in the time I arrived (9AM), which was the time that The Sunset Stay provided for office hours 9M-5PM. However, when I got there, I could not check in because apparently they change the office hours to 10AM-5PM during daylight savings time - and obviously do not communicate the change to the guests. At 9:50AM a lady who works there showed up, we said we wanted to check in, we had called the WhatsApp number provided in the email but no one answered. She could not care less and said: I just got here earlier, you need to wait. That is the treatment you can expect. The coffee maker did not have a filter. One of the bath towels had an orange stain. That is it. You get what you pay for - or less. The only good thing is the location.

I enjoy my stay at Sunset Stay B&B. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable especially the bed. I enjoy the kitchen amenities, the patio and television sets as well. The only thing I don't like is the 10am checkout which is too early for me.

This place is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. It is right opposite the beach and easy to get to from the airport. The only recommendation that I have is that they provide bottles of water in the room or a vending machine on property. I got to the property after local food stores were closed and really wanted a drink of water.

We got a the 2 bedroom suite and it got the job done. However, this is by no means nice and in my opinion, not worth the price. The front desk is responsive when you call and really nice, the hours of operation on the door mean nothing. It says 10am open but they’re usually there before 9am. There are rust stains everywhere, especially the racks in the bathroom, there were generally stains everywhere. The blankets had holes etc

False advertisement. The pictures are nothing like what the property was. The area seemed unsafe and there was nobody around. The rooms were pretty clean but limited AC and was hot inside. No cutlery, plates, cups etc. No elevator so had to lug all baggage up a flight of stairs.The beach is actually across the street not beachfront and also not maintained and no beach chairs. We actually checked in and then checked right out. Didn’t receive a refund but also didn’t care because we wanted to switch a a safer place. Would not recommend.

Other than a noisy person in the room next to me the stay was pleasant. The picture is a bit deceptive at least for me. I thought it was beachfront. When in fact the main road that goes around the island is in front.. then the beach. Still, not complaining. The staff was were super kind and helpful. 5 star staff! Bring bottled water and snacks. For the price.. it worked for my 2 day layover.

Quiet, close to major areas . But limited parking space. Front desk has limited work hours. Not in person service 24 hours. Rooms are spacious, renewed gorgeously recently. Few minutes drive to airport, nice restaurants and supermarket around. I like the place.

Property was ok. I’d say average. No stores nearby. No sidewalks, so you have to walk on the street with incoming cars. Communication is not great, part time front desk. Check out time is listed as 10am which is already ridiculous compared to any/every place I stayed at, however they claimed check out is at 9am!!! Suggestions: clearly and better communications….not paper printed and hand written signs. NORMAL checkout time (12pm like the rest of the planet). Renovations especially bathroom. Hospitality training in communication with guests.

Wow what a great spot. Such a cute place. Low key. Very clean rooms and the staff is adorable. Can’t wait to come back.

The property seems under renovation or moving. No one was around, seems empty with a lot of boxes and furniture outside the rooms. I did not see anyone around. And it was a nightmare to get a cab from there to the airport. Won’t stay there again
