Maison spacieuse , piscine chauffer très agréable avec le petit ponton sur le canal pour la pêche les enfant on adoré .
Manquait quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine . Et le système de climatisation est asser difficile à gérer rien de grave .

Sehr gute direkte Lage-für Florida -ca 15 Minuten Autofahrt zu Strand und Einkaufzetrum ,ruhig gelegene Seitenstrasse ohne direkten Nachbarn im Grünen mit Blick auf einen Kanal mit ausreichend Natur drumherum. Austattung war ausreichend für 4 Personen mit zwei kleinen Kindern.
Aktueller Türcode wurde zu spät versendet,mussten erst spät am Abend den Besitzer anrufen um ins Haus zu kommen. Austattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ,Haus macht einen teilweise ungepflegten Eindruck ( lanei mit Spinnweben überzogen und stellenweise an den Türen defekt ,auch die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig ! )

Location was spot on. And the canal at the back of the property was lovely.
The property could be exceptionally good if anyone few things were attended to.
Bath did work due to the plug leaking. Showers didn't work due to the knobs being broken
The floor was filthy if you walked around in socks or bare feet.
The property needs a good clean and spruce up
Dishwasher stopped working after 2 days
The pool did not seem heated and the floor of the pool was dirty upon entry
Washing machine leaked all over the garage so you could not walk in the garage if it was on
The garden area needed tidying up
The lock on the front door was intermittent so we resorted into just using the garage to enter and exit the property
I don't normally write such detailed reviews and I hope the owners take note that if these issues were addressed we would come back as the location and house is nice, but due to all the problems we was not happy paying for it
