Other Things to Note: - No smoking - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit. - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company".
