J’ai pris la chambre standard et c’était passable

The building was new and the amenities were as expected for a new building. AC, shower, pool, etc.

The power was off for almost the entire stay which rendered the amenities useless. And non-guests seemed to be using the pool. It was also slightly green so it wasn't inviting. They are not keeping up with its maintenance. Also, we were only allowed one pastry and a single cup of coffee or tea for breakfast. They tried to upcharge us for grabbing two pastries each. This wasn't mentioned on Booking.com and was a disappointment. No AC and no wifi and limited breakfast really put a damper on our stay here.

I had a really awesome time at Résidence Montourey B&B. The location is perfect, super easy to get to from the road and close to everything. The place itself is charming and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to making my stay enjoyable truly made a difference. I was seriously impressed by how friendly they were. They made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. My room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Plus, the rate I paid was a fantastic deal for a B&B with a pool and breakfast included. The whole experience at Résidence Montourey B&B was so peaceful and enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff and the lovely atmosphere of the place. I can't wait to come back in the future and enjoy their outstanding hospitality once again. And a big shoutout to Tété for whipping up some delicious grub!

The staffs were eager to work and assist but there’s just too little of them doing everything.

They mixed up my reservation and collected more than the booking price on booking.com, the AC in the room given wasn’t working, they ended up moving me to a smaller room after charging extra to start with and they didn’t refund or offer any discount. It was advertised as free breakfast but they charged for eggs per person. The address is extremely hard to find and no one to pick the phone when we called, i’d advise to they do a sign post and also drop the gps location of the hotel here for easy assess. The pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it.

People are rude, really really hard to find and just nothing was working.
