All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.*Amenity Card Policy: The Hoa approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.
