The primary suite offers a king bed, two walk-in closets, and a private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom is privately situated on the opposite side of the home. Guests will enjoy both front and rear screened lanais with beautiful views of the golf course, aqua driving range, and surrounding community landscapes. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.*Amenity Card Policy: The Hoa approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional.
