The apartment is small but wonderfully functional and clean. Optimal location in Nimman. Close but not exposed to noise. The pool is wonderful. But above all, the customer service of the hostess Pimol who was above and beyond our expectations.

It was very well located, close to the airport, with great facilities inside the building. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and it had a washing machine. Whenever we needed help, the host replied promptly and assisted us, great communication. We would definitely stay here again.
It would have been nice to have more kitchen utensils, such as a coffee maker and kitchen knives, particularly for guests staying longer like us who enjoy preparing homemade meals.

The property was in a good location and in generally good repair. The building was easy to access and once you realized that there were four sister buildings it was a little easier to navigate and get others to navigate. Servicing was offered mid-stay. Washing machines are a great addition.
An item in the condo was broken - this was communicated before check-in. This was part of the don’ts (don’t try to use the storage by the bed, don’t eat or drink on the couch, etc). One afternoon, a message was sent (that I got late that night) that we needed to be in the room to give the juristic access or to have let them know to have them have a master key. This meant being up by 8:30 to be ready for this having been up for a U.S. meeting until 4 that morning. In the end, the juristic did not come and after three hours I was able to go about my business.

The host was fantastic, always quick to respond and provided all the necessary information, making check-in and using the apartment incredibly easy. The apartment is cozy and has a lovely little balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled great. We had an excellent sleep—the noise didn’t bother us, and we could even sleep with the windows open, thanks to Chiang Mai's cool weather.
There’s plenty of spacious parking available, and the condo’s location is perfect, especially for tourists. It’s not as crowded as the city center, which we really appreciated. A huge plus is that the condo has access to two different streets. Within walking distance, there’s a vibrant youth district, shopping malls, and plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Scooter rentals are also conveniently nearby. Reaching the central historical district is quick and easy by taxi.
