We had the 1 bedroom no. 2 and it was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, close to great restaurants and attractions of the old town. Loreta was a super host.
Would have liked some reading lamps.

Location was good (except for all the stairs).
The shower screen is broken, tv didn’t work. Bed up against a wall made it difficult to get out. It needs a serious clean. The light fittings are covered in dust.
