This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo serves as your tranquil retreat following an exhilarating day on the slopes, whether you've been tackling the bumps at Mary Jane or meandering through picturesque trails. In addition to the welcoming recreation center, this prime downtown locale boasts unparalleled convenience. A leisurely stroll leads you to an array of shopping options, diverse dining experiences, the local grocery store, bowling alleys, a cinema, and the complimentary resort shuttle service. For those with a passion for the great outdoors, the nearby Meadow Trail awaits, offering miles of scenic routes for hiking, epic mountain biking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing adventures. However, for our furry guests, please note the following pet restrictions: A $100 per pet non-refundable fee applies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. DOGS must be in a kennel when alone in the condo. Pets must be on a leash at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Excessive pet hair may result in additional fines. Your pet-friendly getaway promises a harmonious blend of relaxation and adventure, all within the enchanting Winter Park surroundings. Book your stay today and experience it all! Location: Walk to Music, Restaurants, Breweries, and Distillery 5 Minutes to WINTER PARK RESORT 4 Minutes to GRAND PARK RECREATION CENTER 30 Minutes to GRANBY RANCH RESORT 40 Minutes to ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK and GRAND LAKE Pets are allowed and though we do our best to clean up any dog hair, you may encounter some. Must be 25 years old to reserve this property What to be aware of: - Only ONE dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO OTHER ANIMALS. $100 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog. - No A/C due to cool mountain climate - On 3rd floor so walk up two flights of stairs - Must be 25 years old to reserve this property - In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to. - STR#008298 What You'll Love: - Walk to Music at Hideaway Park - Conveniently located on a shuttle line - Dog friendly - The Best Clubhouse in Downtown Winter Park! - Indoor heated swimming pool - Two indoor/outdoor hot tubs - Fitness center and playroom - provides discounts on ski rentals and more!
