Guest Access: As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, inclusive of linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost. Room configuration is as follows: 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed 3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed 5-6 guest - 3 rooms (office). 1x single bed & 1x trundle - please note, linen for the trundle is BYO and the office does not have a door, and may lack privacy. The guest suite is attached to the owners home upstairs. The back yard may be shared sometimes with the friendly resident cavoodle! Parking: You are more then welcome to park on the gravel. However, please do not park in front of the garage. Entrance is down the stairs to the left of the main house. *Please note: Entry to property is via metal steps down to lower level. * There is a split system in the lounge room and master bedroom. The Neighborhood: The property is located a short 1.9km away from Kennington Village, home to Woolworths, BWS, a newsagency, Anytime Fitness, McDonald's, and KFC. For those seeking a morning coffee close by, Edwards Providore is also conveniently located in Kennington Village. The Bendigo CBD is only an additional 4km from the property. Getting Around: Warranwah Drive Bus Stop - Route 70 (280m from the property) Bendigo Railway Station (3.9km) Other Things to Note: **Security Deposits** We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations. **Damage Waiver (Optional)** For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property. Please see our Rental Policy for more information regarding our damage protection policies. Interaction with Guests: We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, our Guest Support team is around to help.
