Nice receptionist and no problem checking in and out.

The location was not the same as what you can see on Booking, so the directions to get there were wrong. I had to ask for help at the airport twice. There was no common area, no place to drink water, a super basic breakfast and in the bathroom there were some water leaks in the pipes.

HORRIBLE, no cumple nada de lo que anuncia, es puro timo. Nos cobraron un extra que no estaba indicado en la pagina de Booking (un 12% de tasas del hotel) La habitación muy sucia, no corresponde con las fotos. Pedimos que nos cambiasen las sábanas llenas de manchas y pusieron otras iguales. El desayuno incluido, según ellos, se servía a partir de las 9.00. Finalmente y tras insistir nos sirvieron un té y unas tostadas a las 7.00. Se precisa un taxi hasta el aeropuerto, que está a 10 min en coche, pero lejísimos andando. Te intentan timar diciéndote que necesitas un taxi grande (éramos 4 personas con 4 mochilas) que cuesta 800 rp... pedimos un Uber y nos costó menos de 400 rp. Las reseñas positivas son falsas, están todas escritas en las mismas fechas.

Ein absolutes No-Go: dieses Hotel trickst bei der Location auf booking.com! Wenn man auf der Karte bei booking nach einem Hotel nahe des Flughafens sucht scheint dieses Hotel perfekt zu sein, da es direkt am Terminal 3, neben der Metro Station verortet ist.. zumindest scheint es vor der Buchung so.. aber sobald die Buchung abgeschlossen ist stutzt man beim Klick auf die Wegbeschreibung, die das Hotel plötzlich ca 5 km weiter weg positioniert. Eine absolute Frechheit, ich frage mich wie booking.com sowas überhaupt erlauben kann.. Für den discount Preis von 500 Rupien war es in Ordnung aber dennoch das zweit schlechteste Hotel in dem ich in Indien war, der originalpreis von 2000 Rupien ist völlig verrückt und wird dem was das Hotel bietet niemals gerecht

Do not book this hotel. This is a scam. I sent two messages to the hotel about my check-in and they responded. I arrived after 10 PM, and taxi driver said they knew the location. The road was blocked, and when they called, the hotel said we are closed, we will refund your money. I was then taken to a very cheap hotel late at night (it’s difficult to get data SIM in India. They charged me 10 times the normal rate for the hotel room.
