The ower Sajid is very friendly and helpful, nice to talk to. The location is good, in a quiet area, close to the lake and many local restaurants. The room was excellent for the price, with a reasonable amount of space, bathroom with hot water and quite quick WiFi. The price (around 750 rs. per night) is really exceptional. I liked this homestay and if I come back to Srinagar, I would stay here again.
The bed was really hard, even by Indian standards.

Reasonable charges of the rooms and they were clean......in one room mattress was comfortable but in the other one it was bare Hard sheet. Manager of the property was very cooperative person.
One of the mattress was bare Hard sheet , though they provided soft mattress to put on them..... pillows were also very hard. And the lastly there were a lot of mosquitoes and rooms were missing mosquito screen in the windows....we booked two rooms for two nights and none of us couldn't sleep properly because of the mosquitoes.....I would like to recommend the property owner to have these mosquito screen installed in the rooms. Also missing a wardrobe or a table chair atleast.

The stay was good and available at a cheap price. Had geyser, fans and towels. You can get drinking water from them. Overall a very nice property near to Dal lake.
Only negative is power cuts. But it was in all of Kashmir so had to deal with it.

Power cut. But in all of Kashmir power cuts were there. So we had to manage with it.
