Summary: Welcome to The Sunny Escape, which is a newly-renovated townhome along the shores of Lake Travis in Texas Hill Country. We are tucked away on a peninsula in the Point Venture community in Lago Vista – just a 50-minute drive to downtown Austin. Our sun-filled townhome invites you to connect with loved ones, and the natural beauty around you. Enjoy picture windows, two decks and peaceful water views. You can also access Lake Travis right from our home. The Space: Inside, our home invites you to leave any cares at the door. Make your way to the living room where a soaring window wall connects you to the main deck and tapestry of trees beyond. Relax here among warm modern furnishings – like a cushy blue sofa and wall-mounted fireplace – as you share stories from your lake adventures. Our kitchen, which is open to the living room, is a beautiful place to cook your fresh catch of the day. Even the countertops in here are stainless steel, just like our appliances. And when it’s time to eat, pull out a counter stool or head to the dining table a few steps away. Upstairs, the bonus loft has skylights, bunk beds a pull out sofa and smart TV – perfect for when you want to do your own thing.
