This is my second stay at a Bloom hotel and it is an oasis in the hustle of India. Their breakfasts are delicious with fresh food and they decorate in a very Nordic forward way.
The staff helped me check out later due to a late flight and were very helpful with anything I needed.
The price this time was tough.

The branding, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, polite staff, location.
Ease of convenience in getting to the hotel. It is in a well connected location from the city, locality is good and not shady.
Staff is polite and helpful, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff.
The other guests have to be mindful of hotel policies such as no smoking, not being loud in the rooms and lobby.
Other than that, the staff could be a little more proactive in listening to the requests as sometimes we had to repeat our request by giving them a call.
