• Main House: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths on the main level. One king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Upstairs, a fully remodeled attic suite offers two queen beds and a full bath — ideal for families or groups.
• Guest Cottage: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. One queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds.
Together, the main house and cottage offer spacious accommodations for group getaways, celebrations, or quiet retreats.

Guests enjoy private access to both the main house and cottage, as well as the entire property — including manicured lawns, outdoor seating areas, fountains, and illuminated century oaks that create a magical evening atmosphere.

WOW! We loved this property and told everyone we could about how nice it is. Every room, bathroom, closet, kitchen drawer, cabinet, etc. was perfectly appointed. We had 14 people stay with us as we were in town for my daughter's wedding at a private property in Lometa. The Adelphia not only had a wonderful story and history, but it was perfect for 14 family , to come together to prepare, celebrate and relax after a major family event. The location was off the beaten path, but still close to town and everything we needed. When I discovered I had left something I had printed for the wedding at home, management helped me get what I needed to get on my way. We will be back! Thank you for the pride you take in your property; it shows in every little detail. We were all so WOWED!
