As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. *This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is ELEVEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of SIXTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time. *This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise especially after 10 pm. *This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge. *Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first. THINGS TO KNOW: *This property is suitable for babies or children and a highchair available at the home, however, we do not provide a cot. *Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. *We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. *If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay! *Only 2 cars can park in the driveway. Your stay includes fresh towels and The Governor II provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs. Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While The Governor II is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.
