With five bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a gorgeous outdoor space, this home awaits your next friend getaway or family lake stay. Outside, enjoy sweeping Grand Lake views from the brand-new deck with ample seating, or from the private dock. Cast your line and catch your dinner, or simply sit and enjoy the sweet blooms surrounding the outdoor seating area. When you're ready to explore the area, you're located just a short walk away from multiple restaurants, the local theater, shops, playgrounds, and downtown's boardwalk. Inside, rustic charm oozes from every room. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals and the colorful dining table is ready to host family-style feasts. After you've indulged in a delicious meal, cozy up in front of the living room's wood-burning fireplace. There's cable and a Chromecast for the TV, and you can also connect to the stereo and listen to your favorite playlists. Each of the five bedrooms has been comfortably decorated with plush linens and warm wood finishes. The primary bedroom boasts its own en suite soaking tub. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, internet access, and the convenience of electric baseboard heat. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking, parties, or events are permitted anywhere on the premises. The dock and upper deck of the boat house are for guest use. The lower part of the boat house is locked. Two of the twin beds can come together for a king bed if multiple families are staying at the home. The minimum age to rent this home is 24. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. GL Town Permit:000522-2023. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Dock details: Private dock is available to dock 1 boat. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family grouping of six adults, a five year old and three under 18 months. We never felt cramped or crowded. The extra oven and refrigerator came in handy. We couldn't ask for a better location. Very close to downtown and an easy walk to Point Park. We loved the roof top deck on the boathouse. Having a dock made using our paddle board so convenient.

We loved the uniqueness of this place. The deck overlooking the lake is spectacular. Our young adults loved the bunk bed room. It was like summer camp. We would love to stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Overall ok but...exhaust fan in main bath inop, torn screen door on patio doors,no espn or cable chan, no use of firplace, need to get an electric because that is what guests want at night, not everyone gathered around the TV! entry door is very dangerous

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake in the Davis Cabin very much. It was enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids all under 3. The pictures did not allude to the fact your neighbors were right by you, but everyone still had plenty of privacy. The cabin itself was very nice and cozy. The only issue we had, was after renting other timeshares or houses on other trips, we expected there to be more included. We only got 3 trash bags, 1/2 a roll of papertowels and the toilet paper on the rolls. There was no extra, which usually is included. 3 families could not do with that little. And there was just one towel for each bed with no extra in cabinets. We requested more and were given some of each items, but it would be nice to know how much of that is included at time of rental rather than when you get there. All in all we had a great time, the property was nice and the experience great!!! We plan on staying in Grand Lake again!.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented cabins at Grand Lake before, however, none could match the views from this cabin. The fact that it had a boat dock made our vacation time even more perfect, as we only had to load and unload our boat once during our stay. We could walk into town to find a restaurant or ice cream shop, or just to shop. The beds and bedding were comfortable and it's nice and quiet, despite its close proximity to town. The only negative is that we did not have any extra toilet paper and there was little on the rolls to begin with and we only had one dishwashing soap pod for our four day stay. We went into Grand Mountain Rentals and they apologized and supplied us with enough for the rest of our stay. We all had a wonderful time and would rent this cabin again.
