House was very clean. Check in process was easy and Travis was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Listing could have been more clear simply by stating what each bedroom and bathroom consisted of.The house was perfect for our group and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. We would have appreciated extra towels for the hot tub users (beach towels).

Home was clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and even had snow shovel and salt for the snow :) location was great too!

The house is very spacious and clean. The hot tub is great. It is convenient to Banff. There were lots of plates and pots and pans.

A few negatives are tap water taste, carpet stains, cracked tiles in basement bathroom, not enough bath towels, cleanliness, next door neighbour parking issue/rules, having to call the host to make room in the garbage bins, and no privacy in main floor bedroom. The location suited our needs.
