A second separate toilet is also at your disposal. The outbuilding is a large studio with its kitchen open to the living room and dining area. It is also equipped with 2 single beds and bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace. A shower room and a toilet are also available in this area. The house is therefore equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. Interaction with guests You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out check-in and check-out. This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation. She will give you and comment on our tourist guide who will advise you on typical days to discover the region. She will be reachable by email, Whats App and on her mobile phone. Other notes The house is equipped with a washer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It cannot be rented out for parties or events. Check-in hours: 4pm-7pm. Check-out time: 9am-11am. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams. The Neighborhood The house is in a residential area in the heart of the Calanques reserve and close to the old port. The old port, in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, can be walked quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the centre being pedestrianised. You will pass by houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink. You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019, and the three markets per week. On Tuesdays on the Place Evariste Gras (around the Lumière Cinema) 5 minutes walk from the house and on Sundays on the Old Port and seafront. The night market is held on the Old Port at the beginning of July to the end of August. It's a whole neighborhood that comes to life around the house! You will be able to easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel Park and Calanque, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
